will then utilise all our expertise in graphical design and
advertising skills to compile a Website that will do justice to your

The
Procedure to get your own Web Site Design
- Read through
the available Cost Structure
and decide on how your needs can be accommodated;
- Contact
us by phone or e-mail address with the details of your request as
set out on the Contact Us
page.
- During an
initial personal, telephonic or electronic interview, the NeuWebz
webmaster will create a profile of your business and
jointly plan the outline of your website.
Please
note: it is the client's responsibility to
provide NeuWebz Studios with the text & all information
required for the web site.
- Once we have
received all the information, requests and concepts, we will
forward the client with a written quotation;
- Once the
client accepts the quotation, and pays a deposit of R500, NeuWebz
Studios will develop a draft web site.
- When this
draft is complete the client will be notified by e-mail and given
a address where the draft can be viewed.
- On approval
of the draft by the client, we will produce the final website and
then invoice the client. Any other changes to the web site
thereafter will be charged at a minimum of R 300,00 per hour
depending on the complexity thereof.
- Our
price includes one set of changes to the site. To qualify changes
must be submitted within 5 working days of publication.

A choice of basic layout
We will submit a few basic layouts from which you
may choose the layout most suitable to your company's image.
A choice of colour scheme and Theme Style
We will further enhance your website by
incorporating your OWN corporate colours into the customised
website.
The theme of the website, consists of
design-elements for bullets, fonts, pictures, navigation buttons,
backgrounds and other graphics. When applied, a theme gives pages,
page banners, navigation bars and other elements of a web an
attractive and consistent appearance.
Due to the personalised nature of the theme it
will be discussed with you in depth.
A choice of main menu items
It is imperative that any web site is "user
friendly". What this really means is that navigation between
topics must be fluent, and that the information contained on each page
be powerful, concise and descriptive.
To facilitate the effective impact of information on
the person viewing your website, we suggest that specific information
be contained in certain sectors (web menus or navigation pages).
We will advise and customise the menu items in
accordance with your specific needs.
Unlimited number of pages in your site
The amount of pages are entirely up to you. Remember
it's your Web site!
Mail form or contact page
We will create a mail feedback form which will be
e-mailed to your address by your customers. You can utilise the info
you receive to send your customers e-mails on a weekly basis informing
them of new growth etc.!
Keyword analysis and creation of meta-tags for search engine
optimisation
We take the key words that you have chosen as most
important to your business and run them through a search analyser
engine. This generates a list of the most commonly used phrases. We
use these terms to generate lists of keywords and description phrases
for search engines. Search engines such as Infoseek, AltaVista or
Yahoo utilize these to determine the relevancy of your site.
Meta-tags are hidden script used by certain
search engines to find your website in cyberspace. Without
meta-tags your chances of ever being noticed by large search engines
are minimal.
Search engine submission
An extra service we provide is submission of your
Website to the most popular South African and/or International search
engines such as AltaVista, Ananzi, Yahoo, Lycos, Infoseek,
Metacrawler, etc., depending on your needs for exposure. We are able
to submit to more than 250,000 search engines world wide!
